  • Hi, I’m Halie, a Certified Breathwork Healer based in Southern New Hampshire.

    Whether you’ve never even heard of Breathwork, or it was love at first breath like it was for me, you’re in the right place.

    When I discovered Breathwork, I began rediscovering myself. It felt like finding a missing puzzle piece I didn’t even realize had been missing. At the time, I was already exploring my healing through more holistic, spiritual, self-loving, and self-healing practices, but Breathwork brought everything together.

    I went into my first session with no expectations and very little understanding of just how impactful it would be. That evening, I experienced the most profound healing I had ever known, and I continue to experience deep breakthroughs through this practice today.

    I felt supported, empowered, and deeply loved. And while that support came from the incredible healer guiding the session, it was also coming from within me. I was accessing a deep well of wisdom and love that had always been mine.

    Breathwork taught me how to harness that connection. How to deepen my intuition and strengthen my relationship with myself, simply by using my own breath. Through this sacred practice, I’ve been able to release so much of the “stuff” I carried inside for far too long.

    Breathwork has given me countless gifts. It has helped me better understand myself and has become an essential part of my journey toward living as my most authentic self.

    Throughout our lives and experiences, we all accumulate built-up stress and unprocessed emotions. Over time, this emotional residue takes up space in our minds, and many don’t realize it settles into our physical bodies as well.

    Stored stress and unprocessed emotions can become triggers, limiting beliefs, fears, physical symptoms, and more. They shape how we show up, how we feel in our bodies, and how we engage with the world around us, often pulling us away from who we are on a soul level.

    This is where Breathwork comes in.
